The Beijing Municipal Housing Security Center has commissioned the MAD design team to create the Baiziwan Public Rental Housing Project.This is not only the first social housing design project undertaken by MAD Architects,but also an important practice for them in innovating in the field of social housing in China.The team hopes that through this design,they can break through traditional constraints and address the housing issues faced during the rapid urban development in China with humanized spaces and architecture,truly returning housing to its social nature and integrating it deeply with the life of the city and its residents.
